La zona è perfettamente servita da negozi, bar e ristoranti, mercati e supermercati.

L’appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è stato rimodernato ed arredato di recente con gusto e autenticità.
Dispone di 2 camere da letto matrimoniali (su richiesta trasformabili in 2 camere doppie), 1 bagno completo con doccia nonché un ampio soggiorno con divano che può diventare un comodo letto matrimoniale ed angolo cottura molto ben attrezzato con tutto ciò che vi potrà servire per preparare dei pasti memorabili.
Potete parcheggiare nel garage convenzionato (a pagamento) a 20 metri dall’appartamento in modo che possiate agevolmente arrivare con la macchina anche se siamo in ZTL (zona a traffico limitato).

There are hosts, there are “SuperHosts”, and then there is Antonella. We stayed 3 nights, and she was able to help arrange easy transport from the airport to her place. Our flight was delayed, and yet she stayed late to help get us check-in. The first thing that you notice when walking into the place is the wonderful potpourri from Officina Profumo – Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella. Antonella’s place was fully stocked with everything that we needed and more. She was always available for questions about the place or suggestions around town. Located in an excellent area with easy access to all the sites that you want to see, but the apartment was extremely quiet, and we heard zero city noises from within the place. Florence was 100 degrees F when we were there, but you would never know because her place was perfectly air-conditioned. Simply an outstanding host and place. Will be returning to her apartment when we return to Florence. Thank you Antonella.
It was a real pleasure meeting you, Antonella. We’ve rented a lot of houses and apartments in different countries and you are by far the most amazing host. We truly appreciate it. L’appartamento è molto bello e curato, in una posizione perfetta per vivere il Centro Storico di Firenze: a fianco alle Cappelle Medicee e alla Chiesa di San Lorenzo e a 5 minuti dal Duomo. Antonella è stata più che disponibile venendoci incontro oltre il dovuto e aiutandoci anche nella ricerca di un appartamento a Firenze per mio figlio. Non ultimi meritano un applauso i consigli gastronomici. Abbiamo visitato quasi tutti i ristoranti della lista che ci ha fornito.
We’ve stayed in the apartment twice now, so that should say it all. The location is fabulous, the host couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. We’ll definitely choose to stay there again.

Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich engagiert und freundlich – half nicht nur mit der Informationsmappe in der Wohnung sondern auch mit Restaurantempfehlungen und dem Kontakt zur Mietgarage. Ich könnte mir keine bessere Betreuung vorstellen! Vielen herzlichen Dank! Man merkt sofort, dass ein besonderes Augenmerk darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet (Geschirr, Töpfe, sogar Salz und Kaffee waren vorhanden), es gab Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen … . Die Sauberkeit, der gute Geruch, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung … wir haben jede Minute in Florenz genossen! Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, mit Markt, Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Da raccomandare per molti aspetti: ottima posizione centrale accanto a San Lorenzo; molto silenzioso perché affaccia su una corte interna; grande cortesia dell’host Antonella. C’è un garage a pochi passi dall’appartamento (Park Giglio).
Tudo! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, grande, confortável, muito bem decorado e limpo! O check in aconteceu no horário combinado e a anfitriã foi muito prestativa o tempo todo! Ganhamos um espumante no check in, o que nos deixou mais encantado ainda!

Leiligheten hadde en sentral beliggenhet. Selv om den lå ut mot en travel piazza, var det helt rolig da vinduene vendte mot en indre gård. Fin romfordeling.

Апартаменты в самом центре города. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Рядом много магазинов, ресторанов, кафе. Заселились быстро. Получили очень вкусный подарок от хозяйки, спасибо ей за это большое!!!

Antonella’s place was amazing! I would recommend it to anyone coming to Florence! Very centrally located, easy walk to all the local attractions and amazing restaurants. She was very gracious in allowing us to check in early and the person who met us at the apartment was so kind and gave us great tips on things to do during our stay. From first booking to checkout, Antonella and her staff were nothing but amazing!!
