An ideal property for groups or extended families thanks to spacious rooms furnished with refined taste and a magnificent garden with private pool and Jacuzzi where one can relax in the tranquility of the Chianti hills.

With its 7 bedrooms each with a private bathroom for 14 beds we have hosted families celebrating weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or simply enjoying a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The magnificent 15 x 7 meter private swimming pool with a depth of 1.20 to 1.40 meters is well positioned, surrounded by lawns, rose gardens, vineyards and olive trees and is protected by a fence with a closing gate, thus guaranteeing complete privacy.

In addition, by the pool there is a Jacuzzi whirlpool, an outdoor shower, a changing room and a small refrigerator to enjoy snacks or cool drinks while sunbathing.

Comfortable sun loungers provide total relaxation, both in the shade of the olive trees and by the pool. A beautiful vine-covered gazebo with chairs and table provides refreshing shade during the hottest hours of the day, ideal for al fresco dining during the warm months.

A huge table and chairs for 18 people welcome you into the courtyard. On the estate there is a fantastic open-air theater where concerts, parties or private events can be held.

At the back of the garden is the 80 sqm veranda furnished with comfortable sofas, but where up to 70 chairs can be placed for special events. In case of bad weather the entire terrace can be covered with sliding glass doors.

The villa is on two levels and covers an area of 550 square meters approx.

Villa Castellare De’ Sernigi is rigorously cleaned and disinfected after each departure.

Parking: the structure has several uncovered parking spaces reserved for guests.

Ground floor: Entrance hall and two spacious living rooms with dining room and large three-meter long table (which can be extended to 4.5 m, seating 12-20 people), comfortable chairs and sideboards gracefully furnish this room. An imposing fireplace decorates an entire wall for sharing lunches and dinners. To further enhance the magic, all the dishes are decorated with the Sernigi family crest. The large professional kitchen is very well equipped (with professional cooker, industrial dishwasher, double fridge and a marble-topped table) as well as a comfortable guest bathroom.

A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower as well as a further bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and a bathroom with bathtub/shower (7. room on request is included in the price), laundry room, pantry as well as wine cellar with the property’s wines complete this magical place.

First floor: two large and very bright living rooms with their huge arched windows welcome you and provide the opportunity to relax on comfortable sofas and armchairs and invite conviviality. A magnificent stone fireplace with the coat of arms of the Sernigi family stands guard in one of the living rooms and the floors around it gleam with the special patina of handmade aged terracotta. You will find the entertainment area with satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

Sleeping area: 5 spacious and airy bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom (three double bedrooms, one twin/double bedroom and one single bedroom where a bed can be added). All bathrooms have been completely renovated and have large showers.

The furnishings have been carefully chosen to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment, in harmony with the essence of the Villa. The furnishings have been completely renovated with particular attention to comfort and taste, such as the selection of beds, all sommier.

Halfway up the stairs is a small office with fax, wifi internet and computer, telephone and safe.

On request and only together with the rental of the Villa is the Guest House Casa Maria available for additional guests. This cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 people.
